Booking Classes

We use Momence for all class bookings. We highly recommend downloading the Momence app for the easiest experience.

With the app, you can:

    •    Book classes quickly

    •    Cancel or reschedule with ease

    •    Track how many classes you have left

Do You Offer Trial or Free Classes?

We do not offer trial or complimentary classes.

However, we do offer a special intro option of 4 classes for $65 so you can experience the studio. You have 30 days to use this trial, and it CANNOT be extended. NO EXCEPTIONS

Cancellation Policy

All class purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances or transfers of classes to any other time nor any other person. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 12 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees or loss of the session. This policy helps ensure that we can accommodate all clients effectively. NO EXCEPTIONS We appreciate your understanding and support!

Please make sure to review your schedule before booking.

Late Policy

We ask that you arrive on time for class. Late arrivals may not be admitted in order to avoid disrupting the class and to ensure your safety.

What Should I Wear?

Come as you are and wear something comfortable.

    •    You do not need to wear matching workout sets

    •    Choose clothing that allows you to move freely!

Grip socks are required for class. If you forget yours, socks are available for purchase at the studio. Please ask an employee for assistance.

ClassPass

We do accept bookings through ClassPass, but there are some limitations.

    •    We do not control ClassPass availability or policies

    •    For cancellations, credits, or any other questions, please contact ClassPass directly

Do I need prior Pilates experience?

No! All levels are welcome unless otherwise specified in the class description.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first class.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

All purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Can I reschedule a class?

Yes, as long as it’s done within the allowed cancellation window through Momence 

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself and grip socks. Everything else is provided.
