Novice class

Designed to gently introduce you to the foundational principles of Pilates. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to refine your technique, this class offers a supportive environment to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. we will focus on fundamental Pilates movements and breathing techniques to enhance body awareness and control. You can expect a series of gentle exercises aimed at activating core muscles, improving alignment, and promoting overall well-being. No prior experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. Our instructor will guide you through each exercise with modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
Inter 1 Class

Level 1 class. Designed to build upon the foundational skills introduced in our Novice Class. Whether you're eager to deepen your understanding or simply continue your journey towards a stronger, more balanced body, this class offers a supportive environment to refine your technique and enhance your Pilates practice.
Align and Grind

Ready to take it to the next level? This class will challenge your body by requiring stability through dynamic movements while mastering mobility across the full range of motion. Combining Pilates with weights, exercises will target deeper core strength, flexibility, and control, demanding focus and precision. With an emphasis on balance, this class will refine your coordination and posture, leaving you feeling strong, evolved, centered, and deeply connected to your body.
Inter 2 Class

Ready to next level? We will challenge your body, requiring you to maintain stability through dynamic movements, while mastering mobility across the full range of motion. Exercises will target deeper core strength, flexibility, and control, demanding focus and precision. With an emphasis on balance, this class will help you refine your coordination and posture, leaving you feeling strong, EVOLVED, centered, and connected to your body.
Release and Stretch Class

Indulge in relaxation and rejuvenation with our Release Stretch class, soft music and zen environment designed to melt away tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. This class focuses on gentle stretches and therapeutic techniques to release tight muscles and restore balance to your body and mind.
Endurance Pump

This high-energy workout combines elements of cardiovascular endurance, jumping board and cardio, music pumping, strength training, and explosive plyometrics to challenge your limits and boost your fitness power. Intermediate Level recommended.
